Neat , Clean, well located. Basic but comfortable. You feel safe even though it is in the vicinity of Cannabis Bars......The BTS is conveniently a 5 minute walk on both sides. They serve Indian food on a limited Menu. The staff is friendly and speaks English.

The plus point of this property is that it is centrally located at a very happening area but in middle of a quiet lane in Sukhumvit soi no 7 & is very close to Nana BTS station and close to Sukhumvit MRT station (Subway) from where a tourist can reach almost every corner of Bangkok. Its an apartment complex building converted into Hotel wjth neat & clean rooms and linen. The bathrooms are too very well maintained. The studio rooms on 3rd floor are of decent size. Many restaurant are avaialble in near by soi serving Indian food but you wont be able to find PURE VEG INDIAN RESTAURANT NEAR BY, though a vegan restaurant is available in soi 11. Travellers can enjoy the day in the various markets, malls & seeing other monuments & can have good sleep on the comfortable & cozy bed in the night. The bachleors and the couples may not mind but the families with childern be aware that at the begining of road from Nana station there are two pubs which appears to be turning into whore house after sunset , just like others in Soi 4. The staff is courteous & hospitable but slightly lacks the warm in comparision to staff in other club mahindra hotels/ resorts in India. Though i dont had any issues with staff except one small issue that they forget to keep my luggage in room after check in & i had to go down stairs to remind them for luggage but i find other few guest having heated verbal arguments regrding some service / room issues. Futher the Hotel don't have policy of giving room before 2 Pm even if they are available & ready, but they will keep your luggage near travel desk & restaurant area & it is safe there . You can leave it and go for shoping/ sightseeing. Similarly if you have flight at late in evening even than also you can pack your bags, leave in the room & go for sightseeing in the day. The staff take luggage out at check out time and keep it safely near travel desk. In term of marks it can be concluded : Reception 4.5/5 Housekeeping 4.5/5 Location 5/5

Even at 4 pm rooms not cleaned. No water refilled, no coffee or tea refilled, no towels, no waste cleared. Standards are getting lower and lower with each day. Same complaint on many reviews posted. On Google and Trip Advisor. Atitude issue with reception and housekeeping staff.

Centrally located in Sukhumvit close to Nana station and many restaurants. We were upgraded from Junior suite to the Royal suite both of which are very spacious, well furnished with clean bed and bath linen, good WiFi. Staff in the reception and restaurant was very polite and responsive. Buffet breakfast spread was very good with lots of hot Indian vegetarian options. Had a few Indian vegetarian meals which were well prepared. Excellent value for money.
